Compassionate, holistic mental health support designed specifically for women in Washington, DC. We honor your unique journey with evidence-based care and gentle guidance.
Comprehensive mental health services thoughtfully designed to support women at every stage of life.
We utilize an integrative, holistic approach to treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. Treatment may include antidepressants, mood stabilizers, stimulants, or antipsychotic medications, while also assessing vitamin D levels, thyroid function, sleep, and the hormonal changes women experience through each phase of life.
Pregnancy, postpartum, and the fourth trimester can bring profound emotional and hormonal shifts. We provide individualized care for perinatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and more. Our approach combines psychiatric treatment and medication management with holistic supports such as nutrition, mindfulness, and therapy to help you feel supported as you transition into motherhood.
Perimenopause and menopause can impact mood, sleep, focus, and overall emotional well-being. We specialize in the intersection of hormonal and mental health, offering comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and, when appropriate, hormone replacement therapy such as estrogen and progesterone. Our goal is to help you regain balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of self during this transition.
Weight concerns are often shaped by hormones, mood, stress, metabolism, and lifestyle. We offer weight management plans that may include GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, alongside nutritional guidance, behavioral health support, and mindful movement. We emphasize sustainable change, body neutrality, and an understanding of how mental health and hormones influence metabolic health.
We provide gender affirming hormone treatment for transgender and gender non-conforming patients 18 years and older. Care may include estrogen (oral, injectable, or transdermal), anti-androgen medications such as spironolactone, and progesterone. We use an informed consent model, and also offer mental health assessments and letters in accordance with WPATH guidelines for gender affirming surgeries.
For clients who prefer a more natural, movement-based experience, we offer walking mental health visits in local outdoor spaces. These sessions bring psychiatric care outside of the traditional office setting and pair conversation with gentle physical activity and the calming effects of nature.
Transparent options for mental health and medical services, with flexible payment and insurance support.
